L’éducation à l’entrepreneuriat des adultes en reprise d’études : un défi pour l’enseignant

Abstract

The impact of the heterogeneity of learner profiles on the management of entrepreneurship education systems has been underinvestigated. Teachers seem unprepared for this issue, especially if their learners are adults returning to their studies. Through a qualitative study on two training courses in entrepreneurship welcoming a diversity of adult learners, we seek to identify the postures, strategies and tools implemented by teachers of entrepreneurship to adapt to this challenge. This study leads us to characterize the multidimensional influence of the diversity of learners on the animation of an entrepreneurship course as well as to identify actions allowing the teacher to better adapt to this challenge. Our work aims to enable entrepreneurship teachers to prepare for better management of heterogeneous classes and thus contribute to providing a practical response to one of the effects of the massification of entrepreneurship education.
