Abstract

La reprise d'entreprise est une pratique entrepreneuriale spécifique bénéficiant pourtant de peu de dispositifs d'accompagnement propres. Notre analyse de deux dispositifs existants met en avant leur caractère directif et court termiste, ce qui s'avère limitant dans un environnement complexe et évolutif. C'est pourquoi nous montrons les apports potentiels de pratiques moins portées sur la transmission de savoir ou d'expertise que sur la stimulation de la réflexion : comme le counselling, le mentorat et le coaching.
