Activités et processus, modélisation gestionnaire et comportements des acteurs

Abstract

Activities and process are usually thought as being grasped straight and monitored with a perfectly codified management tool. This paper does not take this for granted and presents some evidences from a case study. Two theoretical points of view emphasizing asymmetric information and variable effort amount are invoked. Activities are by this way reconsidered and thought as decision and game spots.
