Externalités de la recherche doctorale au sein des universités de la Communauté française de Belgique

Abstract

Sur base d'une cohorte de docteurs pour la période de janvier 1992 à juin 1998, les externalités de la recherche doctorale sont évaluées. L'insertion professionnelle non indépendante du statut du doctorant se fait principalement dans le secteur public. Si la valorisation des résultats sous forme de publications et/ou de communications est pertinente, la valorisation sous forme de brevet, de transfert technologique et/ou de création d'entreprise est faible.
