De La Mediocrite Des Conseils D’Investissement De Test-Achats Invest Sur Actions Individuelles

Abstract

L'association belge de protection et de défense des consommateurs, Test-Achats, fondée en1957, divulgue des conseils d’achat pour un nombre impressionnant de biens de consommation.Au fil du temps, l’association a diversifié ses activités ;elle offre désormais des consultationsdans tous les domaines, en passant de la consultation fiscale à la consultation en matière desuccession. Elle publie Test-Achats, Budgets & Droits, Test Santé, un Guide des vins annuel, etTest-Achats invest. Dans cet article, nous montrons que les conseils sur actions individuellesque l’association a rendus entre 2000 et 2013 sont médiocres. L’association devrait revoir sastratégie de conseils et se consacrer davantage, voire exclusivement, à l’analyse des trackers (ouexchange-traded funds) en adoptant une philosophie de construction de portefeuilles plutôt« passive », pour le moyen ou long terme.
