Managementul cunoaşterii în biblioteci

Abstract

Noua economie a cunoaşterii a dus la schimbări semnificative în managementul diferitelor tipuri de organizaţii ale societăţii, inclusiv al bibliotecilor şi serviciilor de informare, dar şi al resurselor de care acestea se ocupă. Articolul abordează procesul de management al cunoaşterii care poate ajuta bibliotecile să se adapteze mai bine la noile cerinţe ale erei digitale şi să vină în întâmpinarea nevoilor utilizatorilor. Sunt, de asemenea, prezentate şi rezultate ale unor cercetări recente pe tema managementului cunoaşterii desfăşurate în România şi în străinătate la nivelul profesioniştilor din domeniul biblioteconomiei şi ştiinţei informării, dar şi exemple de proiecte prin care acest proces a fost implementat în practica unor biblioteci
