Cercetarea de marketing în structurile infodocumentare

Numeroasele probleme ale structurilor infodocumentare impun elaborarea şi implementarea unor strategii de supravieţuire. Prin intermediul strategiei de marketing organizaţiile încearcă să îşi cunoască şi să îşi înţeleagă utilizatorii. Primul pas al strategiei de marketing este cercetarea clienţilor, a structurilor concurente şi a factorilor mediului în care acestea funcţionează.
