Bibliografia – imperativ al societăţii informaţionale

În prezent, cel mai important factor al societăţii umane, instrumentul universal, omniprezent este informaţia. Acest lucru este evident. Civilizaţia secolului al XX-lea s-a bazat mai mult decât oricare alta dinaintea ei pe informaţie, învăţământ, cultură, ştiinţă, într-un cuvânt: pe cunoaştere. Iar accesul mai facil la cunoaştere se realizează prin intermediul bibliografiei.
