Marketingul serviciilor de bibliotecă în Europa

    Lucrarea realizată pe baza câtorva articole ale unor specialişti din ţări europene conţine o analiză obiectivă a modului în care sunt implementate tehnicile şi instrumentele marketingului în bibliotecă. În Europa, marketingul de bibliotecă se manifestă sub diverse forme, în unele ţări mai intens, iar în altele mai puţin. Descoperim cu surprindere manifestări ale marketingului în locuri neaşteptate, în ţări mai puţin dezvoltate, cu disponibilităţi financiare reduse, dar cu deschidere spre acest domeniu şi orientare spre utilizatori, iar în altele mult mai dezvoltate, dar tradiţionaliste practicile de marketing sunt într-o fază incipientă. Din păcate bibliotecile mai au un drum lung de parcurs din această perspectivă.
