Website-ul bibliotecii: instrument de marketing în bibliotecile publice judeţene româneşti

Abstract

Lucrarea reprezintă o încercare de a determina în ce măsură bibliotecile judeţene din România utilizează website-urile ca instrumente de marketing şi are la bază un studiu efectuat în perioada februarie-martie 2006. Studiul constă în analiza unui chestionar completat de reprezentanţii a 20 dintre cele 26 de biblioteci judeţene care deţineau propriul website în perioada respectivă şi oferă informaţii referitoare la evoluţia numărului biblioteci judeţene care şi-au dezvoltat propriul site, utilizatorii cărora se adresează, serviciile promovate online, planurile de dezvoltare ale website-urilor şi avantajele pe care acestea le oferă pentru bibliotecă şi utilizatorii acesteia.
