Vývoj Severoatlantickej aliancie vo svetle zmien v medzinárodných vzťahoch na prelome 20. a 21. storočia

Abstract

Predmetom príspevku je analýza vývoja a stratégií Severoatlantickej aliancie od konca studenej vojny do súčasnosti. Kľúčovú úlohu v nej má komparácia základných dokumentov NATO – Strategických koncepcií z rokov 1991, 1999 a 2010. Príspevok je rozdelený do dvoch častí. Prvá kapitola si stanovuje za cieľ poukázať na dopady vývoja medzinárodných vzťahov na tie články skúmaných koncepcií, ktoré upravujú všeobecné fungovanie NATO, t.j. účel, bezpečnostné hrozby, ciele a úlohy a vojenské kapacity Aliancie. Jadrom druhej časti práce je analýza dôsledkov zmien vonkajšieho prostredia na vzťahy NATO s vybranými aktérmi medzinárodných vzťahov.
