Abstract

Cieľom príspevku je analyzovať arbitrážne doložky vybraných bilaterálnych investičných zmlúv Slovenskej republiky (SR), poukázať na aktuálny vývoj a trendy v tejto oblasti uzatvárania bilaterálnych investičných zmlúv a vyvodiť závery o aktuálnej zmluvnej praxi SR. Príspevok bol vypracovaný v rámci riešenia grantovej úlohy VEGA 1/0696/10 „Vybrané aspekty práva v medzinárodných ekonomických vzťahoch“.
