Efektivita ako centrálny problém rozvojovej pomoci a spolupráce

Abstract

V predkladanom článku autor sumarizuje problematiku efektivity rozvojovej pomoci a spolupráce na základe ponúkaného prehľadu empirickej literatúry zameranej na túto oblasť. Navzdory zdanlivo prevládajúcemu negatívnemu názoru na efektivitu využívania prostriedkov rozvojovej pomoci poukazujú viacerí autori na jej pozitívne efekty, zároveň však existuje aj pomerne početná skupina empirických štúdií nenachádzajúcich pozitívny vzťah medzi rozvojovou pomocou a hospodárskym rastom. Článok preto ponúka hlbší pohľad do problematiky efektivity pomoci a načrtáva jednotlivé aspekty týchto protirečivých záverov. Najnovšie štúdie v tejto oblasti dokazujú pozitívnu koreláciu medzi hospodárskym rastom a prílevmi rozvojovej pomoc.
