Nástroje environmentálnej politiky EÚ

Abstract

Autor sa v článku zaoberá jednotlivými nástrojmi environmentálnej politiky Európskej únie, ktoré člení na normatívne resp. príkazovo-kontrolné, ekonomické resp. trhovo orientované nástroje a voľné nástroje. Analyzuje ich vývoj, podstatu, ich prednosti a nedostatky. Vysvetľuje problémy s ich implementáciou. Druhá časť článku sa zameriava špeciálne na ekonomické nástroje, keďže práve tie sa dostávajú do popredia v deväťdesiatych rokoch 20. storočia. Autor poskytuje ich detailnú klasifikáciu a ich jednotlivé charakteristiky.
