Terorizmus v globálnom kontexte a postoj moderného sveta voči nemu

Abstract

Základný význam terorizmu je v tom, že znamená systematické využívanie rôznych foriem ozbrojeného násilia, alebo hrozby jeho použitia, ako základného nástroja na realizáciu politických cieľov štátu alebo rôznych neštátnych organizácií, hnutí a skupín. Tie môžu byť podporované štátom, na území ktorého majú svoje hlavné sídlo alebo dostávajú finančnú a spravodajskú pomoc zo zahraničia, od vlád iných štátov, ktoré im často poskytujú aj výcvik v taktike partizánskeho boja a teroristických akcií, čím sa vytvárajú možnosti na prepojenie teroristických skupín rôznych regiónov sveta, fakticky sa vytvára medzinárodná sieť teroristických organizácií. A práve otázkam právnej úpravy boja s terorizmom je venovaná predkladaná štúdia.
