Súvislosti členstva SR v EÚ z pohľadu proexportnej politiky

Abstract

Proexportná politika predstavuje významný faktor ovplyvňujúci exportnú výkonnosť ekonomiky. Slovenská republika musí po svojom vstupe do Európskej únie rešpektovať pravidlá stanovené komunitárnym právom pre túto oblasť. To vedie k nevyhnutnému prehodnoteniu uplatňovaných nástrojov podpory exportu. Príspevok sa zaoberá vývojom proexportnej politiky po vzniku samostatnej Slovenskej republiky v roku 1993 až po dosiahnutie členstva v EÚ. V tejto súvislosti autor hodnotí dôsledky začlenenia SR do najvýznamnejšieho európskeho integračného zoskupenia vo vzťahu k podpore exportu. V závere naznačuje možný ďalší vývoj slovenskej proexportnej politiky v nadväznosti na vonkajšie a vnútorné špecifické ovplyvňujúce zahraničný obchod SR. Autor vidí priestor na rozvinutie proexportnej politiky predovšetkým v oblasti funkčných nástrojov podpory exportu.
