Zmluvné vzťahy medzi Slovenskou republikou a Svätou stolicou

Abstract

Autorka analyzuje Základnú zmluvu medzi Slovenskou republikou a Svätou stolicou a parciálne zmluvy z nej vyplývajúce. Základná zmluva je len všeobecná a ustanovila jasné a záväzné pravidlá pre existenciu a spoluprácu medzi dohodnutými stranami a zadefinovala postavenie katolíckej cirkvi na Slovensku. Obe parciálne dohody – Zmluva medzi Slovenskou republikou a Svätou stolicou o duchovnej službe katolíckym veriacim v ozbrojených silách a ozbrojených zboroch Slovenskej republiky a Zmluva o katolíckom vzdelávaní obsahujú riešenie určitých čiastkových úloh v špecifických oblastiach vzťahu medzi štátom a katolíckou cirkvou na Slovensku. Autorka zároveň reaguje na niektoré negatívne reakcie pri príprave parciálnej dohody o výhrade svedomia.
