Abstract

Autorka sa v článku venuje genéze sporu o sústavu vodných diel Gabčíkovo-Nagymaros, jeho príčinám, priebehu a súčasnej situácii, a zároveň analyzuje dopady tohto sporu na medzinárodné využitie rieky Dunaj. Ide jednak o vplyv sporu na medzinárodnú lodnú dopravu po Dunaji a jednak o prekážky, ktoré spor predstavuje pre efektívne využitie energetického potenciálu rieky.
