Abstract

This case study investigates the impact of a healthy work environment on employee performance at S.C. Teo Solar Electric S.R.L. The study aims to illustrate and examine how workplace conditions affect employee satisfaction, productivity, and well-being. Data was collected through an online questionnaire completed by all 13 employees of the company. The analysis focused on job satisfaction, psychosocial aspects of the work environment, work-life balance, and professional development opportunities. The findings suggest that a positive work environment significantly enhances employee motivation and organizational efficiency. Recommendations are provided for further improving workplace conditions to sustain employee engagement and performance.
