Genossenschaftsgründungen in Bayern: Entwicklung, Ausblick und Herausforderungen

Abstract

In Folge des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetzes und der Novelle des Genossenschaftsgesetzes von 2006 wurden in Bayern zahlreiche Genossenschaften gegründet. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Rückblick über das Gründungsgeschehen in Bayern und weist auf einzelne Erfahrungen hin. In diesen Unternehmensgründungen spiegeln sich auch die Herausforderung der Zeit wider. Die Erfordernisse der Menschen und Regionen werden sich vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Situation weiter konkretisieren und zu neuen Genossenschaftsmodellen verdichten. Im Mittelpunkt der genossenschaftlichen Tätigkeit stehen immer die Interessen und der Nutzen der Mitglieder und über Kooperationen lassen sich auch große Herausforderungen bewältigen, die den Einzelnen schnell überfordern würden. Zur Verbesserung der Lesbarkeit wurde nur die männliche Form gewählt und steht synonym für alle Geschlechter.
