Neugründungen von Genossenschaften in Deutschland nach dem Abebben des jüngsten Gründungsbooms

Abstract

Die von uns als „2000er-Genossenschaften“ bezeichneten Neugründungen haben dazu beigetragen, die Zahl der Genossenschaften in Deutschland stabil zu halten. Während der Neugründungswelle haben sich Genossenschaftsmodelle mit Vorbildcharakter herauskristallisiert, die zahlreich nachgeahmt wurden. Gleichzeitig sind vollkommen neue Modelle fernab traditioneller Betätigungsfelder entstanden. Beide Entwicklungen tragen in erheblichem Maße zur Nachhaltigkeit des Neugründungsgeschehen bei. Trotzdem gilt es, weiterhin immer neue Genossenschaftsmodelle zu entwickeln, in der Praxis zu erproben und für sie zu werben. Dabei bietet der bevorstehende Umbau der Wirtschaft nach den Krisen durch Corona-Pandemie und Ukraine-Krieg neue Chancen für die Genossenschaftsidee.
