Abstract

Die Funktion eines Anwalts für die Genossenschaften geht in Deutschland zurück auf Hermann Schulze-Delitzsch und blieb im Deutschen Genossenschaftsverband bis zur Neuordnung der nationalen Genossenschaftsverbände zum Jahresbeginn 1972 erhalten - innerhalb der Genossenschaftsverbände in Österreich als Generalanwalt (Raiffeisen) bzw. Verbandsanwalt (Schulze-Delitzsch) sogar bis heute. Wie damals bedarf es für die Vielzahl sehr unterschiedlicher Genossenschaften - neuen und alten, großen und kleinen - und immer wieder auch ausdrücklich für ihre Mitglieder der Interessenvertretung und des Interessenausgleichs vermittelst dieser wichtigen 'ntegrationsfigur'.
