Merging is a widespread growth and development strategy of South Tyrol‘s fruit cooperatives. Their merger take course widely successfully and without difficulty. The cooperatives are not always able to involve their members satisfactorily, the communication to their members has to be improved. Our paper is dedicated to the empiric analysis of three recently executed merger among South Tyrol‘s fruit cooperatives.
