Abstract

This field report prepared by the Volksbank Mittelhessen eG addresses the requirements related to the introduction of MaComp, the requirements of the compliance function, and highlights the activities, qualifications, and tasks of a corresponding position. In addition, we discuss the operating experiences and the challenges regarding the sensitisation of employees, and the implications for the departments affected. Finally, we provide an outlook on the pending MaRisk-compliance.
