Abstract

Regarding agricultural cooperatives in Poland, thispaper addresses the fundamental question of the determinants of entrepreneurial success. We therefore collect data from 62 agricultural cooperatives. It can be shown, that the variables “leadership strength”, “former business contacts”, and “election and number of members” all have a strong positive impact on the likelihood of the economic success.
