Abstract

Durch den parallelen Handel zahlreicher Wertpapiere über mehrere Handelssysteme sind Investoren gezwungen, bezüglich des Börsenplatzes für die Ausführung ihrer Orders eine Entscheidung zu treffen. Die nachfolgende Untersuchung stellt ein in sich geschlossenes Zielsystem vor, das auch eine empirische Erfassung der Investorenpräferenzen für verschiedene Börsenplätze erlaubt. Damit können Investoren ihre Börsenplatzwahl leichter auf eine rationale Basis stellen, und Betreiber von Handelssystemen haben eine Grundlage zur Ermittlung der Anlegerwünsche bei geplanten Veränderungen in der Ausgestaltung des Handels.
