Abstract

Dieser Beitrag analysiert den am 8. 7. 2020 in deutscher amtlicher Übersetzung erschienenen, finalen Entwurf einer Verordnung über Europäische Schwarmfinanzierungsdienstleister und klärt zentrale Fragen ihres Anwendungsbereiches vor dem Hintergrund bereits etablierter Schwarmfinanzierungsmodelle.
