Abstract

Anlässlich des bevorstehenden Brexits und einer Reihe aktueller Rechtsänderungen verschafft der vorliegende Beitrag dem Leser einen Überblick über die Möglichkeiten von Wertpapierdienstleitungsunternehmen aus Drittstaaten („Drittlandfirmen“), gegenüber in Deutschland ansässigen Kunden Wertpapierdienstleistungen zu erbringen. Der Beitrag setzt sich dabei schwerpunkmäßig mit den anwendbaren Organisations- und Wohlverhaltenspflichten des deutschen Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) auseinander.
