Abstract

Der folgende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über den Inhalt der aktuell in Deutschland verwendeten Crowdinvesting-Verträge und zeichnet nach, wie sich diese Verträge entwickelt haben. Dazu wertet er 255 Emissionen im Zeitraum vom 1. 8. 2011 bis 31. 12. 2015 auf 18 verschiedenen Portalen aus und erfasst damit 81 % aller auf dem deutschen Markt angebotenen Schwarmfinanzierungen.
