Abstract

Im Kapitalmarktrecht, im Bereich des Anlegerschutzes, begegnet uns in jüngerer Zeit immer wieder eine neue Figur: Der Verbraucher. Wie stehen Verbraucherschutzrecht und Anlegerschutzrecht zueinander? Wie befruchten sich beide Bereiche; (wie) passen sie zusammen? Bedroht der Verbraucherschutz das Kapitalmarktrecht?
