Abstract

Am 4. September 2001 ist der seit langer Zeit erwartete Diskussionsentwurf zu einem „Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur weiteren Fortentwicklung des Finanzplatzes Deutschland (Viertes Finanzmarktförderungsgesetz)" vorgelegt worden. Der Entwurf behandelt in Artikel 1 Änderungen des Börsengesetzes. Die nachfolgenden Anmerkungen beschränken sich auf ausgewählte Problemlagen des neuen Börsenrechts.
