Abstract

Der diesjährige Bankrechtstag war einem Gedanken- und Erfahrungsaustausch über die Gebührenklauseln in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sowie dem elektronischen Geschäfisverkehr der Kreditinstitute gewidmet. Einen Schwerpunkt bildeten dabei die Fragen der Gestaltung von Klauseln über variable Zinsen. Weitere Vorträge und Diskussionen beschäftigten sich mit der Rolle der Banken im Internetzeitalter sowie den bankrechtlichen und bankpraktischen Aspekten des E-Commerce
