Warentests für Handelsplattformen - Zur Anlegerfreiheit am Aktienmarkt

Abstract

Die Freiheit der Anleger, den Ausführungsplatz zu wählen, führt bei Mehrfachnotiz zum Problem der Plattformwahl. Es verschärft sich mit der zunehmenden Zahl von Plattformen, an denen, wie empirische und theoretische Untersuchungen zeigen, mit spezifischen Abrechnungskursunterschieden zu rechnen ist. Diese Unterschiede spiegeln unterschiedliche, in den Kursen steckende Transaktionskosten wider. Die U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission hat jetzt zur Erleichterung der Plattformwahl eine Verordnung zur Ausführungspublizität von Plattformen und Brokern erlassen. Um auch in Deutschland ein angemessenes Verbraucherschutzniveau bei Transaktionsdienstleistungen zu gewährleisten, werden Warentests für Handelsplattformen und flankierende Maßnahmen zur Finanzmarktförderung vorgeschlagen.
