Abstract

Die Einführung der gemeinsamen Währung Euro zum 1. Januar 1999 und die damit verbundene Überleitung der währungsrechtlichen Kompetenzen der Teilnehmerstaaten auf die Europäische Gemeinschaft löst eine FiiUe von Folgewirkungen und damit verbundenen Fragen in rechtlicher Hinsicht aus. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen sowohl auf europäischer als auch auf nationaler Ebene
