Abstract

Bereits zum neunten Mal veranstaltete die Bankrechtliche Vereinigung - Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Bankrecht e. V. ihren Bankrechtstag. Erneut war eine große Anzahl von Bankjuristen aller Berufsrichtungen der Einladung gefolgt, um an dem wissenschaftlichen Gedankenaustausch teilzunehmen. Die erste Abteilung widmete sich in diesem Jahr zivilrechtlichen Fragen des kartengesteuerten Zahlungsverkehrs, die zweite Abteilung befaßte sich mit der außergerichtlichen Streitschlichtung im Bereich der Kreditwirtschaft
