Abstract

Mit hochaktuellen Fragen des Bankrechts und des Gesellschaflsrechts befaßte sich das RWS-Forum Bankrecht 1998. In den Referaten ging es um insgesamt vier Themenkomplexe, die vor allem in den jüngsten Reformvorhaben des Gesetzgebers, aber auch in der neuesten Rechtsprechung des Bundesgerichtshofs und in der wissenschaftlichen Diskussion Bedeutung erlangt haben. Die abschließende Podiumsdiskussion befaßte sich mit den gesellschafisrechtlichen Aspekten der Beziehung zwischen Banken und Kunden-Unternehmen. Der nachfolgende Tagungsbericht gibt einen Kurzüberblick über die Referate und die Diskussionen, die in einem Tagungsband veröffentlicht werden.
