Abstract

The following text provides an analysis of the current use of regional products in the tourism development of Lesvos (Greece). It is focusing on the strategies for regionalization of food: labeling of regional products and creating of value-added-cycles. In addition, supply potentials connected to the regional products of the island are presented.
