Lernanlässe und Lerngelegenheiten in informellen Lernkontexten in der Altenpflege

Abstract

Die Befunde zum informellen Lernen am Arbeitsplatz stützen sich auf wenige Analysen und Studienergebnisse. Bislang ist unklar, welche Lernanlässe den Erwerb zusätzlicher Informationen in informellen Lernkontexten auslösen, welche Lerngelegenheiten durch die Beschäftigten der Altenpflege genutzt werden und wie die Lernaktivitäten zu klassifizieren sind. Der vorliegende Beitrag benennt berufsspezifische Lernanlässe und zeigt auf, welche Lerngelegenheiten für den zusätzlichen Erwerb von Informationen, Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten durch die Beschäftigten der Altenpflege wahrgenommen werden. Insgesamt verweisen die Befunde der Interviewstudie auf die Relevanz digitaler Medien und es zeigen sich tätigkeitsspezifische Unterschiede in der Nutzung ausgewählter Lerngelegenheiten.
