Abstract

Frauen und Männer sind in der Arbeitswelt vielfach unterschiedlichen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Dabei fühlen sich Frauen regelmäßig stärker beansprucht als Männer. Zudem weisen sie – mit Ausnahme von Arbeitsunfällen und Berufskrankheiten – bei den meisten arbeitsbezogenen Gesundheitsindikatoren Werte auf, die auf vergleichsweise höhere Fehlbeanspruchungen hindeuten.
