Digitalisierung und Teilhabe an Arbeit: Sondierung in einer Werkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderung

Abstract

Die Einführung und Nutzung von Technologien erzeugt auch im Sozialwesen neue, zum Teil feldspezifische Herausforderungen. Diese zeigen sich beispielhaft in Werkstätten für Menschen mit Behinderung (WfbM), einem mit deutschlandweit rund 730 Einrichtungen und über 310.000 arbeitnehmerähnlich Beschäftigten großen Bereich zur Sicherung der Teilhabe an Arbeit. Dieser ist durch sein spezifisches Tripelmandat aus Rehabilitation, Inklusion und Wirtschaftlichkeit in hohem Maße mit dem Dilemma zwischen individualisierter Fürsorge, effizienter Produktion und Vermittlung auf den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt konfrontiert. Auf Basis einer Fallstudie in einer WfbM werden feldspezifische Deutungen, Herausforderungen und Umgangsweisen im Zusammenhang mit digitalen Transformationsprozessen beschrieben und auf das Tripelmandat unter Bedingungen von Digitalisierung bzw. Technologisierung bezogen.
