Abstract

Das Verbessern der eigenen Arbeitsprozesse durch die Arbeitsplatzinhaber/innen ist Problemlösen, das in der Regel Kooperation erfordert, weil Erwerbsarbeit ein sozialer Prozess ist. Das kooperative Identifizieren und Implementieren von Verbesserungsbedarf kann organisiert werden als moderierter, zeitweiliger Kleingruppenprozess. Die Teilnehmer tauschen dabei unterschiedliche Sichtweisen und Erfahrungen aus und erproben sie. Praktisches Problemlösen, Erfahrungsaustausch und Erfahrungserprobung sind Aspekte sozialen Lernens im Arbeitsprozess, die mit der Digitalisierung an Bedeutung gewinnen.
