Abstract

Arbeit und Führung befinden sich in einem weltweiten Wandlungsprozess, der Menschen ebenso wie maschinelle Systeme betrifft. Lernprozesse und Lernverantwortung werden zunehmend integrale Bestandteile von Arbeits- und Führungsanforderungen. Dabei erfolgt Lernen in autonomen Raum-Zeit-Arrangements, was für menschliche Arbeitende nach wie vor als Ausnahme erscheint. Einsatzorganisationen als Lern- und Arbeitsraum liefern hier ein Beispiel für die Verknüpfung von Arbeit, Führung und Lernen hin zu einer integrierten Lern- und Führungskultur. Dies wird im vorliegenden Beitrag als theoretischer Entwurf aufgrund empirischer Analyseergebnisse entwickelt.
