Abstract

Autonome technische Systeme werden die Bedingungen für eine lernförderliche Arbeitsgestaltung verändern. Erstmals in der Technikgeschichte können autonome technische Systeme Handlungsträgerschaft übernehmen und damit auch das Lernen im Arbeitsprozess erheblich beeinflussen. Die mit dieser Entwicklung verbundenen Ambivalenzen eröffnen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für ein lernförderliches Arbeiten. Die neuen Technologien können aber sowohl zu neuen autoritären Strukturen als auch zu einer produktiven, humanen und partizipativen Förderung der reflexiven Handlungsfähigkeit und der beruflichen Handlungskompetenz führen. Um die Gestaltungspotenziale zu nutzen, sollte größere Klarheit bei den in diesen Entwicklungen genutzten Begriffen hergestellt werden.
