Innerbetriebliche Aushandlungen der Reorganisation sozialer Dienstleistungsarbeit: Das Beispiel Kita

Abstract

Seit Mitte der 2000er Jahre wird der Kindertagesstätten-bereich in Deutschland reformiert, wodurch ein Reorganisationsdruck auf Kitas ausgeübt wird. Daraus resultierende Reorganisationsprozesse werden am Beispiel einer Betriebsfallstudie einer saarländischen Kita nachgezeichnet und analysiert. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf folgenden beiden Fragen: Wie wirken sich die Reformen im Kita-Bereich auf den Alltag in der Kita aus? Wie handeln die pädagogischen Fachkräfte im Arbeitsprozess die Reorganisation aus? Auf diese Weise werden Erkenntnisse zu bisher kaum untersuchten Aspekten des Reformprozesses im Kita-Bereich gewonnen, die das wissenschaftlich und öffentlich gezeichnete Bild der Veränderungen im Kita-Bereich arbeitssoziologisch differenzieren. Die Studie plädiert zugleich dafür, gegenwärtige Reorganisationsprozesse in sozialen Dienstleistungen als Aushandlungsprozesse zu analysieren.
