Abstract

Since the 1980s the concept of trust within organizations has gained in importance. Nevertheless, factors of influence which affect the different types of organizational trust are mostly unknown. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to display the different organizational basic conditions of two diverse social service providers, using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Furthermore, the factors that have an impact on the various types of trust will be described by quantitative analysis in order to devise consequences for the praxis.
