Abstract

Due to our empirical findings in the joint research project TRUST, focusing on cooperation in the automotive industry, no separating of personal trust from systemic trust as two types of trust can be made (main thesis of thuis contribution). Moreover, this distinction is misleading. Instead of that, our empirical findings let us see that personal and systemic moments of trust are inseparable tied to one another. This is why we argue to talk about personal and systemic aspects of trust instead of differentiating between different types of trust.
