Beitrag partizipativer Aspekte der Arbeitsgestaltung und des Wissensaustausches zum Innovationserfolg

Abstract

Der Beitrag stellt die Ergebnisse der zweiten Phase eines Forschungsprojektes dar, das den Zusammenhang zwischen Innovationserfolg und direkten sowie repräsentativen Partizipationsmöglichkeiten von Beschäftigten in Unternehmen untersucht. In der Basiserhebung (n=529) wurde der grundsätzliche Zusammenhang zwischen Partizipationsmöglichkeiten und Innovationserfolgen bereits statistisch signifikant nachgewiesen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird der Wirkungszusammenhang, den Partizipation sowie beteiligungsorientierter Wissens- und Informationsaustausch bilden, anhand einer Befragung von Beschäftigtenvertretungen (n=51) aus den Unternehmen die auf die Basisbefragung geantwortet haben, näher analysiert. Es wird ein Modell des Wirkungszusammenhangs Partizipation und Innovation entwickelt, das die Faktoren „Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielräume“, „Kooperationsintensität zwischen Betriebsrat und Unternehmensleitung“, „Umgang mit Wissen“ und „Durchlässigkeit von Wissen im Betrieb“ berücksichtigt.
