Flexibilisierung von Beschäftigung – Funktion und Wandel der Vermittlungsformen „Beruf“ und „psychologischer Vertrag“

Abstract

Der Beitrag geht von der Flexibilisierung von Beschäftigung aus und analysiert, wie sich diese zwischen der strukturellen und der individuellen Ebene vermittelt. Im Zentrum stehen dabei Funktion und Wandel von Vermittlungsformen auf der intermediären Ebene. Konkret werden aktuelle Veränderungen im Erwerbsschema „Beruf“ und im psychologischen Vertrag untersucht. Diese sind inhaltlich insbesondere durch eine Verschiebung von Verantwortung für Beschäftigung auf die Individuen bestimmt. Der Erkenntnisgewinn dieser Fokussierung liegt darin, dass die Vermittlung von Flexibilisierung zwischen Makro- und Mikroebene als Transformationsprozess analysiert, die konzeptionell ausgerichtete Forschung zum Erwerbsschema „Beruf“ konkretisiert und die auf betriebliche Prozesse bezogene Forschung zum psychologischen Vertrag in einen breiteren gesellschaftlichen Kontext eingebettet werden kann.
