Abstract

Der Aufsatz widmet sich dem wenig erforschten Thema von Politikstrategien der Arbeitsvermittlung. Auf Basis einer Bestandsaufnahme der wichtigsten Vermittlungsstrategien wird zunächst eine Typologie von Vermittlungsansätzen entwickelt. Anschließend wird mit dem Ansatz der Fuzzy-Set-Idealtypen-Analyse für zwei Zeitpunkte vor und nach der jüngsten Reform der Arbeitsverwaltung überprüft, welche Vermittlungsstrategien empirisch auftreten und in welchem Maße diese den Modelltypen entsprechen. Die empirische Analyse demonstriert, dass sich die Vielfalt der Vermittlungsstrategien der deutschen Arbeitsagenturen im Zeitverlauf reduziert hat. Die Vermittlungsstrategien der sanktionierenden Aktivierung und der Arbeitgeberorientierung haben dabei an Gewicht zugenommen gegenüber dem Ansatz der fördernden Aktivierung.
