Implizites Wissen und erfahrungsgeleitetes Arbeitshandeln: Perspektiven für Arbeit und Organisation

Abstract

Ausgehend von der Entwicklung der letzten Jahre, in denen dem impliziten Wissen eine immer größere Bedeutung als menschliche Ressource beigemessen wurde, werden einige Beispiele und Ansätze zu implizitem Wissen aus Sicht verschiedener Forschungsrichtungen dargestellt, wobei insbesondere auf den Zusammenhang zwischen implizitem Wissen und erfahrungsgeleitetem Handeln eingegangen wird. Dabei werden große Divergenzen hinsichtlich des Verständnisses und der Methoden zur Untersuchung impliziten Wissens erkennbar. Basierend auf einer integrierenden Definition von impliziten Wissen werden verschiedene Methoden zur Untersuchung impliziten Wissens im Kontext von Arbeit und Organisation vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse eigener Untersuchungen, über die berichtet wird, geben deutliche Hinweise auf die Bedeutung impliziten Wissens im Arbeitskontext, zeigen aber auch Probleme auf, wie z.B. die Frage nach der Zuverlässigkeit impliziten Wissens. Abschließend wird die besondere Rolle impliziten Wissens in Arbeit und Organisation aus Sicht der Praxis resümiert.
